Andrea De Loney is a global DEI practitioner and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience. She currently works on the global DEI team at Warner Music Group where she oversees DEI learning and development. In October 2023, Andrea launched LevelUp Coaching & Consulting LLC, a firm that designs transformative leadership development coaching and DEI consulting solutions for individuals and organizations.Andrea received her MBA in Strategic Business Management from Hofstra University and a BS Degree in Business Administration from Wagner College. She also obtained her Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate from Rutgers University. Her love and dedication to her community has earned her many accolades including the Long Island Business News’ Diversity in Business Award, the Black Women of Long Island’s Power Brunch Honoree Award, and the Suffolk County Legislature’s Champion of Diversity Award, 15th Legislative District. She’s a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Omega Zeta Chapter, serves as a Moderator for Black Long Island, and a committee member for the Amityville UFSD DEI Committee.Andrea loves reading, dancing, and spending time with her family. Her inspiration comes from honoring the legacy of her late parents: Leslie and Jackie De Loney.
