Empowering Change is Eve Earley’s mission. An American coach, catalyst, and connector who launched her practice in 2008 following a midlife relocation to the Irish border.

Working with individuals and small businesses, Eve teaches resilience, flexibility and creativity. They are key to transforming ideas into livelihoods by starting the micro and small businesses that can sustain us in an uncertain world.
Building a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem is equally important. Hence her efforts expanded to include mentorship, showcases, networking groups, and skill-building events in Ireland, the UK and the US.
