As founder and principal of Elysian Communications LLC, she has forged a solid reputation helping companies and leaders navigate successfully through complex change. Her clients are global biopharmaceuticals, agricultural companies, industrials and animal health leaders. She has partnered with respected firms such as McKinsey & Co., Bonfire Communications (now part of Lippincott) and Philosophy IB (now part of Heidrick & Struggles).

Leveraging her skills in narrative and dynamic storytelling, Kristina brings her clients insights and tools to reframe their thinking around what is possible, how to achieve it and how to articulate their truth in compelling ways. She is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global coaching governance body. Kristina holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College and an MA in Corporate Communications from Seton Hall University.
