Dr. Marla D. Corson is a dynamic operations safety executive and sought-after speaker with over two decades of experience transforming organizations through strategic leadership and innovative safety initiatives. She has consistently delivered measurable results in safety improvements, risk reduction, and inclusive people development across Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her distinguished career, Marla has held pivotal leadership roles at industry giants including Amazon, Nestle Waters, and Alcoa. Her unique ability to blend data-driven strategies with a people-first approach has resulted in groundbreaking safety and diversity programs. As a former missionary in Venezuela and U.S. Air Force veteran, Marla brings a global perspective to her work. Currently, Marla is the founder of Corson Consulting & Speaking, LLC, an Advisor for AI Safety Company Voxel, and a course instructor at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University.
