Monica Pierre is a speaker, Emmy Award-winning reporter, story coach, host of The Powerhouse Woman Show, and founder of the Story Maker Academy.

As a veteran reporter and talk show host, Monica has interviewed thousands of people from all walks of life. She knows there is more than enough room for all stories to be told, shared, and valued for their impact and legacy.

Monica is Assistant Professor of Practice with the department of Mass Communication at Xavier University in New Orleans, LA where she teaches podcasting, broadcast announcing and storytelling to the next generation of aspiring media talent.
