Susan Steele is a Mum whose children had traits of ADHD and Dyslexia. 17 years ago, when they were aged 12 and 10 she embarked on a specialised exercise programme which turned their lives around and enabled her intelligent boys to unlock their potential. Inspired, she made the bold decision to leave her established career. She travelled to Seattle to train with the founder, equipping herself with the knowledge she required to help others. Since then. she has dedicated herself to working with children and adults facing similar challenges, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
